In December, 2013 the head of Division of TERRE DES FEMMES e.V. Ms. Sibylle Schreiber visited the 8th EUROPEAN FORUM ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD, which took place in Brussels, from 17th to 18th December. The focus of the conference was the role of the child protection systems in protecting children from violence. Among many other topics, female genital mutilation was of central importance. Sibylle Schreiber presented the TERRE DES FEMMES project „CHANGE“. In the course of an active discussion it came to exchange of opinions and prospects.
