On February 24, 2017, the Coventry University hosted the Evaluation Meeting for Project Partners of the CHANGE Plus project on its Campus in London. The European project partners – AIDOS, APF, Coventry University, End FGM, FSAN, Plan Stiftung, and TERRE DES FEMMES – shared updates about their project activities of the last six months and discussed upcoming activities and tasks.

On the meeting’s agenda were the following issues:

• Round of updates of the last six months activities
• Update of financial management and reporting
• Evaluation of the training sessions for CHANGE Agents and Champions and reflection on challenges and lessons learned
• Planning of upcoming activities (Advocacy and Lobbying Meeting in Brussels, European Exchange Meeting of CHANGE Agents, Final Conference)
• Setting goals for partners’ dissemination of the project and media activities
• Presentation of the video film, developed within CHANGE Plus, reflecting FGM survivors

The evaluation of the project’s activities, joint planning of upcoming activities, and the overall exchange amongst the project partners advanced the project and the partners’ cooperation further.
